Barn Dance

A great many thanks to everyone who attended the FSAS Barn Dance at the Junior School on Saturday 17th May.

We all had a great time, with some very enthusiastic and professional looking dancing. Although we think some were making up the steps as they went along, especially since the microphone for the caller wasn’t quite loud enough! The evening started promptly at 6.30pm and very quickly the dance floor was full. The Three-Hand-Star Band (named after a dance) played some great music and got everyone’s feet tapping. The evening was a fun family night out and a good time was had by all!

A big thank you to Mary Tatlow and Chris Berwick for their help, as well as the many that helped with serving food and clearing up afterwards. Along with a donation from HSBC, the amount raised totalled over £500.
